just looking for the next sales up on the streets
talking all day long about shopping and the latest fashion in town
this is all good and I was just the same
but I have found something greater
and would bring me greater joy
The fun of shopping brings you the happiness
that you have gotten something new
Oh, That feeling is awesome, but it never last!
Over the months, I have learnt that girls sometimes
splurge all their money just to keep that happiness ongoing
This happiness is addictive.
It really isn't about the shopping or the new cloths or hippest jeans in town.
Its really for that moment of happiness.
But when the hype dies down,
they splurge again just to feel happy all over again
Sad thing is, they never really realize that its not really the cloths that they wanted.
All they wanted was just happiness.
You know what, true happiness never comes from all the shopping.
It only comes from God.
